July 2016 announcements

Dear Colleague,

1. We plan to open a new protein-ligand challenge, PL-2016-2, in mid-September. This challenge will comprise one enzyme with about 35 ligand poses to predict and 100 affinities to rank. There will also be one or two subsets of 15-20 ligands suitable for alchemical calculations of relative binding free energies.

Once the challenge has closed and results are available, we plan to hold a virtual meeting, rather than an in-person workshop, to discuss the results.
