D3R Webinar, March 27
You are cordially invited to join the D3R Webinar, March 27, 2017. Selected PL-2016-1 and GC2 participants will present their experiences with these challenges, with time for Q/A. There will also be talks by Stephen Burley about Xray structures of protein-ligand cocrystal structures, and by the experimentalists who generated the challenge data. The preliminary agenda is posted here.

Send Us a Video Seminar about your PL-2016-1 Results!
We invite every participating group, including those presenting at the Webinar, to send us a video seminar (or a link to it) about your experience with GC2 and/or PL-2016-1.  We will distribute these via the D3R website and/or YouTube. Please keep the duration to 20 minutes or less. We suggest using PowerPoint, if you have access to it, to generate a narrated slide show: http://tinyurl.com/op4dwz6

Special Issue of JCAMD
You are invited to submit a paper about your PL-2016-1 and/or GC2 calculations to another special issue of the Journal of Computer-Aided Molecular Design. (Thanks to editor Terry Stouch!). We anticipate a submission deadline of June 1, 2017. Instructions for submitting your article are provided here.

Release of Protocols and Predictions
We will be releasing all submitted protocols and predictions via the D3R website, so that participants may analyze their own results in the context of others'.  (We plan to omit names and email addresses from any submissions made anonymously.) Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any concerns about release of your submissions.
